PSD to HTML where to start? It is need to based on the PSD layout and code from scratch using HTML5, CSS3, javascript, jquery? Or there is a software tools that make it easy to convert PSD to HTML?

31,008 PointsA psd is just a mock up. You just use it as blueprint or design. Then you code it up with html, css, and javascript. You can cut images out of it too and logos.
