How to correctly create a Set Method?

I see two main problems with my attached code. One is I am not sure if I am looping through all of the blog posts correctly. The second problem is .addAll won't work because it does not want me to add a String to a Collection. I am having trouble thinking of away around this as the set is going to be a set of strings.
