How to create something like this

Hey. I have enough knowledge to create something like this http://www.rawnet.com/. i really like that concept (the side scrolling and animations) and I want to do something in this fashion for my new portfolio website. Just wanted to know if anyone knows some framework, or js libraries that can make everything much easier. thanks.
