How to customise Parse Error Messages?

Hey all,

Quick question, when using the Parse backend, it automatically carries out bits of validation, such as not allowing duplicate e-mails, and checking the e-mail is in the correct format. When these rules are violated it throws up an error message like - 'the email address... is already taken'.

Is there a way of customising these responses?
