How to customize default text in Google Custom Search Engine

Hello guys,

Please take a look at the site I'm building at:

http://everythingpropertymanagement.com

If you scroll down you will see a google search bar - There is custom text in the search bar but I want to be able to customize this myself and write my own phrase. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!

If you want to hide Google watermark it is forbidden by Google terms use service.

It's not so hard but it's illegal. You can make your own bar and pass phrase to the google and show result on your page also. There is a lot of tutorial around. What you want to do? Try to describe it with a pictures and scenarios.
