How to do a screenshot in Workspaces

Hi guys!

I know that this might be a silly question (forgive me, I'm a newbie!) but how would I take a screenshot of my code to show other people in Treehouse?

I'm having some troubles with a particular exercise but I don't now how to take a snapshot to attach to my post to get other people to help me!

I would really appreciate the help!

Top right hand corner of workspaces there are three icons. Click the furthest left icon to take a screenshot.

Taking a screenshot in workspaces is best explained by Andrew Olson at the top of this thread https://teamtreehouse.com/community/workspace-snapshots I hope this helps!

The post mentions to do these procedures to get your screenshot:

1. Launch any of your workspaces.
2. Select the snapshot menu in the upper right corner.
3. Click "Take Snapshot"
4. Visit the link and share it with someone.

Hello Mark!

I really appreciate that - that's made a big difference!

One last question Mark: just say that I want to isolate a bit of code rather than show the whole file? You see what you did with list included '1. Launch any of your workspaces' etc - that's exactly what I want to do!!
