How to download video from this site using ITunes

I will like to know how to download videos to my laptop using the itunes application.

There are browser add-ons (Firefox - "Download Helper" for example) allowing you to download the video files, then play them in iTunes.

Easier : When you're on a course's page (like http://teamtreehouse.com/library/html-tables ) You can see the "iTunes feed" button. Click it and iTunes should come up with the feed added to your library.
