How to edit "New Status" form/textarea. In the "Make A Simple ROR App (Treebook)"

I'm currently moving through bootstrap and having fun changing things around. However, I cannot seem to find the file where I can change the form/text area to my bootstrap configurations.

The file nesting has me a bit confused. I feel like I should be adding a <div class=""></div> to my application.html or my index.html.erb files but I cannot seem to figure it out. So I'm starting to think that there is something I'm missing, and I can't seem to find it in the tutorial "Laying Out the Page".... Thanks in advance for any help that you may be able to provide!

Typically you'll see a "New Status" form in a Rails app in the app/views/statuses/new.html.erb file. This follows its RESTful conventions.

Sometimes it will be extracted to a partial named app/views/statuses/_form.html.erb.
