How To Embed Social Media Content?

Hello, I'm trying to embed some social media content to a website that I'm currently working on. I've found a great example of what I'm trying to achieve. Here's a link: http://www.mickjagger.com/ Notice how on the website, only the latest tweet is present and a few small Instagram thumbnails show as well as a "like" button for a Facebook page.

How can I accomplish something like that and have the control to modify the CSS.

A lot of times, embedding social media content into your site will require using either JavaScript or some server-side programming, beyond HTML and CSS. However, for commonly-used functionality, most social networks will build widgets for you:

  • Facebook (scroll down to Social Plugins)
  • Twitter (embedded timeline is probably what you're looking for)

Most other networks should have these, so if you want to add other networks, just Google them.
