How to fix "working" error?

When loading a code challenge it immediately starts "working' the problem, fails, and asks me to contact support. I have cleared the browser, tried other browsers, and restarted the PC. I can't continue my track without this getting fixed. I'm on the first code challenge of the "Customizing Colors and Fonts" portion of the "How to Make a Website" step of the "PHP Development" tree. Just want to give as much information as possible. :P

It's happening to me too for the Add Fonts code challenge under the Web Design track :-(

I think it's something on their end. Gonna skip ahead to the next lesson in the meantime and try it again later.

Been having this issue with mine as well. I think its something that Team Treehouse just needs to fix =)

Same issue here in Python Collections. I am guessing it's a site wide issue that we will have to wait on, unfortunately.

Yeah I think it's site wide as well. I emailed support about it but I'm not expecting a response because it's Sunday. It's happening for me on stage 4 of the JavaScript foundations course.

Started the 'Values and Units' section of the CSS Foundations course today, and I'm having issues as well. The first challenge did this, so I skipped it, and now the second challenge is doing it as well.

It's a bit annoying, since it seems like it's likely all challenges experiencing this issue. I guess we can continue the lessons in the meantime (I have a schedule to keep, so I can't afford to stop short), and just go back and finish all the challenges once the problem is fixed.

Hopefully this doesn't go on for too long.

I think this is the first forum where people actually respond and are constructive haha. Hopefully they fix it soon. I have an I.T. job interview on Wed. and would like to show them what I can do and have the badges/points to back it up.

Hey good luck man! I love this place. I just joined a few days ago but it's been the most helpful hands down compared to other online resources that I've found. It provides multiple styles of teaching and the content is clear and understandable. I think your badges and points will help you with your interview for sure. Also take a look at the courses they have for preparing for interviews. They provide quite a lot of good tips.

It's a site-wide issue, no code challenge appears to work at the moment.

Might have caused this incident, sorry.

I'm also experiencing this issue on the HTML / CMS via WordPress track. I hope it's fixed soon. I've been really trying to make the most of this long holiday weekend. I wonder if it also anything to do with my inability to upload images into Workspaces. This is my first month and I have to say I'm a bit frustrated with the performance of the site. I am loving the learning materials, however.

Seems to be fixed for me now. I see the button switch to "working" but quickly negates itself back to "Check Work."

Also, @Ricky Walker thanks. I'll definitely give those courses a look-see.

it's working again for me too. thanks for the heads up!

Yep, everything should be back up. Sorry for the interruption!

I seem to be experiencing this issue again. Anyone else?
