How to get English caption / subtitles files for all videos?

I have enabled caption downloading in iTunes, still its not downloading any caption files with video. How do I get the English caption / subtitles for all videos?

When you have the video open on the Treehouse website, the menu along the bottom of the video has CC you can click to enable English subtitles. Will that work or is there anything similar in iTunes?
