how to get size of variable in an array?

What am I doing wrong here?

array_length.mm
float real_numbers[5]; 
printf("Array real_numbers is %ld bytes \n", size of(real_numbers));

After you declare the array, you call sizeof on the array to get the size:

float real_numbers[5];
printf("Array real_numbers is %ld bytes.\n", sizeof(real_numbers));
