The sublime text Jason uses in the video is standard with the Solarized (Light) theme enabled.
Are you referring to his terminal window customizations?

8,515 PointsI use a terminal shell customization called oh-my-zsh! that allows you to apply themes and customizations to the terminal. It lets you change the prompt, colors, etc.
