How to I customize Sublime Text 2

So that it resembles that in the video for Ruby on Rails. Listing my terminal properties

I'm not sure what you mean by "listing my terminal properties". Could you give us the specific name of the video and maybe a minute value to reference?

The sublime text Jason uses in the video is standard with the Solarized (Light) theme enabled.

Are you referring to his terminal window customizations?

I'm also curious about his terminal window customizations. it's colored and formatted

I use a terminal shell customization called oh-my-zsh! that allows you to apply themes and customizations to the terminal. It lets you change the prompt, colors, etc.
