How to install outside libraries?

In Kenneth's Django video he installs a library and it is provided for us in Workspaces, I'm trying to follow along on my machine and I'm not sure how to install this: https://github.com/RubaXa/Sortable

into my Django project. A link to a tutorial would be awesome if its a more involved process.

Did you try something like pip install ... yet?

Yeah, I figured it out wasn't working with pip install but it had something similar in the documentation.
