how to install Swift on Virtual Box?

I need a step by step guide/tutorial on how to run Swift on a virtual box. Buying/using a MAC is not an option and I am not using Linux. I am a windows user trying to program in swift. Please help me, I've been misled too many times!

I am stuck on step 3. My PC cannot detect the ISO file. It says that my PC is using the SATA format for my hard drive.

I know it's been a while, but maybe you should look into macincloud or Macminicolo. You do have to pay for these, but it might work for you.
