What function in python do you use or is it done with django? Just asking out of curiosity and for the future to come.

The world of Python web frameworks is full of choices.

In addition to Django, there are Flask, Pyramid, Tornado, Bottle, Diesel, Pecan, Falcon, and many more.

There's a bit more to it than just "link a html webpage", but you'll discover that soon once you pick one to study and dive in.
