How to make a eBook instantly downloadable when purchased?

I have a few eBooks on my site and want to make them instantly downloadable for the user after they are purchased through paypal. Can this be done through using just HTML and CSS. If so how can I do this? Thanks in advance

Hi John,

There's actually a little more to it than just HTML and CSS. Yes it's possible to just forward the purchasing user to a "purchase complete" page that would have a link to the book. But that wouldn't protect your content and anyone with that link would be able to download your book without actually purchasing. You might look at something like http://www.gumroad.com that would manage your payments and send download links to purchasers automatically.
