How to make a top fixed responsive navbar with size variation on scroll?

Hi, I want to create a top navbar like this theme: http://codex-themes.com/scalia/ using CSS. Can anyone help me with this?

Hey Kav,

Check out Dave McFarland's course here on treehouse called Using jQuery Plugins. The feature you're looking for is in the chapter called "Add a Sticky Navigation Bar." It might be useful to just take the whole course though :)

Ok thank you but I'm looking for something completely coded in css.
