How to Make a Website

When I click a link to the About page or the Contact page, it first goes portfolio page. Is there a way to fix this?

I think it's because the href="index.html" in every link - try to make sure the about link has href="about.html" and the contact href="contact.html"

If this is not the case then please write your code in here because it will make it easier to locate the problem.
