How to make my website responsive for mobile devices?

I am looking to make my portfolio site more user friendly and responsive for mobile users. Currently, project descriptions and other content is not fully recognizable at the mobile device size. It works on some older smartphones but not the latest.

This is my website: www.studiosinclair.com

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. I have gone through some of the responsive treehouse courses in the past but need some advice more my site in it's current state.

Sorry, this is the proper link (http://www.studiosinclair.com/)

You may want to explore a few front end frameworks. http://getbootstrap.com and http://foundation.zurb.com are a couple of the most supported and popular.

You should take the responsive layouts course . It will teach you about media queries, which is what you need to make it responsive.

Delving into the info provided! Thank you all for the awesome and valuable links!

No problem!
