How to open this Hex Color picker?

I have downloaded it and relocate it to the color picker folder in mac but can't seem to find how to open it

Hey Zainal!

Appreciate the ask to answer but, I'm a Windows user so I wouldn't actually know how to do this.

In the meantime, a workaround would be that you can print screen with ⌘+Shift+4 and then use some editing software (I also don't know what's available for Macs) and use a color picker tool. Alternatively, you could use an online color picker.

Hopefully someone who knows how to do this will reply soon!

can you guys put a different color picker in the teacher's notes for windows? because the instant eyedropper is really buggy in windows 8 and I had force close it from task manager because it wouldn't allow you to close by right clicking on it or any other way.
