How to pick a multi option?

How to select correct answer with multiple options? When I click answer where multiple options is possible i gets immediately evaluated and i can select another option.

You can't select more than one answer. Either only one is valid or there is an answer saying something like: "Both B and E are correct" which indicates that multiple answers are correct.
