How to play a video inform of an HTML document

downloaded a video but its inform of an HTML document how do i play it

If you downloaded an HTML document, that means you didn't download the actual video. Videos will have an associated video extension with them: avi, mp4, webm, mkv, mov, wmv, etc.

As Marcus Parsons mentioned, you only downloaded the HTML document containing an embedded video. The video file itself will be embedded using either HTML5, Flash, Silverlight or some other plugin or object element.

Some will allow you to access the original video file, but not all. If you paste in the URL of the page, we can attempt to help you get at the video file (assuming that is allowed by the copyright/terms of use of that site).

thanx guys it worked
