Hi there,
I'm new to java and I would like to create a modal window that has a stationary background while the window moves freely when a user scrolls. One example is found here: https://codepen.io/ettrics/pen/Jdjdzp. I would like help identifying the line(s) of code that creates this effect. Thank you.
