How to put two header cells inside of a row?

Help. Im on Challenge tag 4 of 8 in HTML Tables exercise. Ive tried several types of code and nothing is working

You've got one too many cells in that row.

For task 4 the challenge says "Put two header cells ...", but it looks like you have three.
