how to reactive my account?

I what to start my plan again so went and press reactivate my account button got Your enrollment is paused. Ready to start learning again? after pressing reactivate my account button got

"Bummer! Oh no, we weren't able to reactivate your account. Update your billing info and try again."

how to get back of my account? and my plan price is very indifferent what I use to in other devices
