How to remove all files/directories etc. and return to the beginning in the workspace?

I did this module last week and want to re-do it now as a refresher. When I launch the workspace all the projects and files I created last week are still there. Is there a quick way to remove all of this and return to how the workspace was at the beginning? Thanks
