How to renew a domain with no information whatsoever?

I have been asked to rebuild a website at www.churchhill.ca which just stopped working about two years ago. The current owner of the website (and the domain name) inherited it and has absolutely no information for me (service provider, username, password). Not sure what happened but I assume that the new owner didn't have payment setup and so the domain provider cut him off. Any advice for what to do in a situation like this?

Start with who owns the name, which appears to be Maser Media Inc. He may just be out of luck and start from scratch with a new domain. Changing domains slightly after a 2 year fallout wouldn't be the end of the world I don't think. Lots of new TLD's to chose from. Anyway, here is a WHOIS search
