How to save text in form (HTML)?

In the PHP Development track, in HTML course we learned how to create forms with different ways to get input (textarea, select etc.).

I want to know how to save that text. For example, if I have a Email field, how do I save that email in a .txt file.

Thanks :)

You'll need PHP to do that, there are existing functions allowing you to do this. Check the documentation here, I hope it helps.
