How to send notification from app to app?

Do you guys have any tutorial about sending notification from app to app using Parse.com? When I follow the tutorial to make the Reddit app, I want to send a notification to my device when I receive a new message(image or video). I can't find any good tutorial on google. Can you guys help? Thank you! If anyone could show me the code, it would be great

I'm pretty sure parse has a tutorial on using push notifications with parse. Check our their tutorial section.
