how to solve :unindexed-remote-maven-repositories-found

Continously prompting " intellij-idea-15-unindexed-remote-maven-repositories-found " and updating these repositories will not work

Sounds like this error is not critical. According to stack overflow it will "prevent the IDE from autocompleting group and artifact IDs when adding a dependency to your gradle build file or maven pom.xml"

But not resolving this issue results in a gradle build error and I don't see any dependencies being added to the project.
