How to start over?

I am at the very beginning of Rudy and Rails and I did not understand a video, I attempted to do the task and after that there was no way to go back and rewatch the video

You can navigate to the course and click on the section again to rewatch the video, that's what I usually do. EX: http://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-simple-ruby-on-rails-application
