How to transfer the files but there is no public_html?

I need your help how to transfer the files wanted to update my portfolio. when I am open up the Filezilla connected to van-vlymen.com and I open the file there is no available file for public_html. I believe I accident to delete the file somehow... and now I am having hard time to transfer onto my host website.

lucky, the van-vlymen.com/cpanel able let me log in.

I have web hosting https://webhostingforstudents.com/ but there service is not that so great. it s take me forever to reply me back.

what I am going to do ?

possible either ways change the web host service so i can ask them to help with those FTP. OR is there any simple to repair it?

Hi Brian,

I believe public_html is a directory/folder that you need to put your website in. If you have accidentally deleted it just re-create it. You should be able to do this with either FileZilla or the cpanel.

hmm I learned something new from you..

Is obvious default using as public_html on any FTP same concept default as the index.html home page??

I believe it is on Unix/Linux/Apache. My web-hosting service use public_html as the root folder for my website. It is also the default on my Linux machine. Although, I have set up virtual websites in other folders on my computer for development.
