How to use a single button to show and hide a UIView?

The following code hides a UIView:

pickerView.hidden = true

Then using a button I can make the UIView appear:

@IBAction func countryPickerOpen(sender: AnyObject) { pickerView.hidden = false }

My question is: how can I add code so that when one taps the button again the UIView is hidden again?

Thanks!
