how to use a try / catch block to catch an int comparison

I'm not exactly sure how to make this try/catch. How can I try a comparison?

int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

try {
    value < 0 || value > 20;   
}
catch {
    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds");   

}
Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

You aren't supposed to replace the if statement that is present in the task with a try statement. You are just meant to place the if statement within a try block so that the exception raised within the if statement ends up being caught.

Like this:

int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

try {
    if (value < 0 || value > 20) {
        throw new System.Exception();
    }
    Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
}
catch {
    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
}

I also added an exclamation mark in your "Value is out of bounds" string. Since the code checker is quite picky about messages that has to be included as well to make the challenge pass.
