How to work in the USA (im british)

Hey,

Iv always wanted to live and work in USA, maybe san francisco.

But i heard its really difficult to get a visa, more so if your british.

Also i dont have a degree.

Anyone have any advice?

I'd suggest finding a company that will hire you first, and then you can get a work VISA?
