How would I get the serialver on Eclipse?

I'm using Eclipse when doing these videos and I was curious how would I get the serialver with Eclipse? Or maybe simpler, how do I access the command line in Eclipse?

I don't how to do it inside Eclipse but you just launch a terminal/shell independently.
