How would you combine this with Wordpress' ' wp_enqueue_style( );' and 'wp_enqueue_script();' functions?

I'm using gulp in production. Concatenating, but not minifying for efficiency. I have no problem minifying with Gulp, but wondering how to change the sources to minified JS/CSS when enqueueing the assets in a Wordpress theme. Please advise.

You can load in the minified file with the enqueue style function.

https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_enqueue_style/

Just make sure your source is pointed to the right place.

ex: css/min/app.min.css instead of css/app.css
