How would you solve this? HTML / CCS-wise

Hi everyone!

I want to create a small navigation and I kind of solved it by creating a div that contained a horizontal ul li menu containing three anchors and a form that contained an input type text with attached span button with the magnifying glass (font awesome) in it. then a border right to get the divider line.

then two imgs for the twitter and facebook fontawesome icons as inline-blocks to stack them above each other...

I worked with absolute pixels.. and I am wondering wether there is a better solution to this, because this is part of a responsive header.

Help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Saskia, hast du irgendein Framework im Einsatz (bootstrap,foundation etc.) oder willst du das komplett von dir aus erstellen?

Try using relative units, such as percentages and ems. It helps with responsiveness. :) Good luck on your design!
