How would you write HTML Markup for the header?

Hi,

Using SMACSS in one project, and BEM in other, how woudl you wriet a good HTML MArkup for this header?

You can see that there is a infor section, and then the navbar. Would you put the info and the nav in header html tag? or put them in a diffferent div? o just put the nav in header, and the info in another div on top?

I think I woudl put them both in header. and then give the top something like info header or such, and then the bottom nav, and sticky and on mobile hide the info.

How woudl you go about coding this?

and a bonus, what about the carousel? what names woudl you use?

Or rather, woudl you give me few good naming conventions pelase? Id figure out the html my self, but i ahve problem with naming lool although i got better at them. still need a bit more help on them :D
