How/what ERP software to pick for a small web-development company?

Hi treehouse,

I would like to know more on how/what ERP software to pick for a small web-development company, we currently have teams of 10-20 people..

The requirements are human resources management, asset management as well as financial management.

I was thinking about MS Dynamics GP but then saw that it would be too much of a software for this kind of business. I still haven't ruled it out yet as i'm looking for quality alternative solutions.
