This has to deal with semantic HTML. The question is asking for the header tag since it is the introductory element. Heres what it will look like

About

Work

Contact

My Web Design & Development Portfolio!

A site featuring my latest work.
</header

So just remove the ul that include the h1 and p tag because these are semantic HTML but it is not to be confused with header tag because that helps screen readers know which is the introductory piece.

Remove this

Since it is an introductory part of the page you need to wrap the elements in a

element. This is called semantic HTML, browsers are able to understand the content on your page easier when using semantic HTML tags.
