I have completed all seven stages for the HTML Deep Dive, but no badge. Can one be earned?

Badges is only for stages that's inside the HTML course. i guess

Badges are just for stages like Mostafa Syam said. There aren't badges for completing entire courses or for completing entire tracks for that matter.
