HTML & CSS official dictionary of terms

Does an official dictionary of terms for HTML & CSS exist? I'm thinking of a format similar to a standard American English dictionary that could be used as a desk reference.

w3schools has a very thorough compendium of HTML and CSS.

HTML: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/

CSS: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/

This is what I was thinking of. Thanks.

Here is what I think you're looking for. http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp

Thanks. I didn't know there was a certification of HTML knowledge.
