I like Mailchimp.

Coding a custom template on the Mailchimp platform (or any other email platform) can be tedious. I've found the best workflow is to do most of the coding locally, in my favorite text editor.

Mailchimp has a wonderful help / tutorial section that makes learning how to use their platform very simple.

There are a lot of unique problems with coding HTML email, this website was a tremendous help to me for creating a bug free template: http://htmlemailboilerplate.com/
