HTML First?

I have a practice site that I am wanting to code and I was wondering, is it better to do all of the HTML first and then CSS, or should I do both simultaneously? Thanks

Generally you want to do the markup (HTML) first and then style it (CSS).

Sweet, Thanks for the quick reply Ryan, I appreciate it. :)

IMHO, first of all try to sketch at least a wireframe of the site and try to visualize it so you can "chunk" it then to logical "sections" and do the HTML accordingly.
