HTML video and audio course and was following along fine until I downloaded the VLC media player

I'm on windows and my player looked nothing like yours on a Mac......is there anther way for me to learn how to use this? Do I have to use the VLC player to just play one song on my website?

I tried using Dropbox to upload the file and then used type="Audio/m4a" but didn't work

If you would like to use Mac software on a Windows machine, you will want to make sure that your Windows machine is based on a 64-bit architecture. Then you can run a virtual machine to emulate Mac OS X. As for your specific error issue, my best answer is to Google it and see what comes up for your specific issue and error code, if you have one.
