sorry i'm not to sure how to screen shot my whole html? my photos are not loading to my page now they where all morning now there is a "?" in the photo box this happened when i was trying to link the html to the css.

So, the photos will only work if they are in the same directory as the HTML file, and have the exact same filename.

You only have inline styles, not a separate, linked CSS file, so not sure what you mean about link css not working.
