HTML Newsletter Help

Hello,

I am basically complete with my HTML newsletter and I need help fixing up my header/nav I would like to have the logo shift above the links but can't seem to accomplish this once it goes to the mobile layout. May someone please assist me on solving this.

Not sure what my best option or solution is I am also thinking maybe I should just shrink the logo some to give more space to the header/nav.
