When I download the project files and unzip them for the learning HTML Track I end up with empty folders. I get the css and img folders, but there are no images or files of any kind. In the videos there are several images and a normalize.css file. For me I just get empty folders.
I am using Windows 8.1 and unzipping with mZIP. Could it be the program I am using to unzip? Even when they are in that program I cannot see any files in the folders. Also my browser is Firefox if that makes a difference.

It's under the Front End Development Track. Under the download link on every video the download just gives me empty folders even after unzipping them.

19,579 PointsHi Nathaniel,
So i followed your link. I went to Adding pages to a website, the seventh one down the list. I chose the first lesson which was Add a new page, and i downloaded the project files. They were all there, images, css everything.
Can you try the same and let me know what you get please.

7,696 PointsI downloaded the zip file and yes there are folders in them. However, the folders are just blank. They contain no images or css files. I get a folder called css, img, and about.html. I know the about.html shouldn't have anything since I haven't coded anything in it, but the other folders should contain a number of images so I can upload them to the workspace. Is it possible that since I am still in my 15day trial that the files are not there?

19,579 PointsNo, nothing to do with you being in the trial, you have full access to everything.
Since I'm able to download the files i think the problem is at your end. Do you have another program you can use to unzip the file with?

7,696 PointsI tried using a different unzipping program and it worked. For future people having issues do not use mZIP from the Microsoft Store. It will not open the files properly.
I downloaded the free version of winzip and it works.
